Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing SwingStudio. We want to make sure you receive your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully for important information about processing times, delivery, and shipping procedures.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. During high volume periods, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you by email if there are any significant delays with your order.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Ireland.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • United States: 5 to 12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days
  • Canada: 7 to 14 business days
  • Australia: 7 to 15 business days
  • Ireland: 7 to 14 business days

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, and holiday volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your tracking number, as carrier systems can take time to register new shipments.

If your tracking number has not updated after 5 business days, please contact our customer support team at support@swingstudio.store for assistance.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, some delays are beyond our control. Common causes of delays include:

  • Carrier processing delays
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Severe weather or natural events
  • High volume periods such as holidays and sales events
  • Remote or rural delivery locations

SwingStudio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. SwingStudio is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you have entered incorrect shipping information, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, your order enters our fulfillment system and address changes may not be possible.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs or a 15% restocking fee if a refund is requested.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, SwingStudio is no longer responsible for the item. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around your property, including porches, garages, and side doors
  3. Contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly
  4. Wait 48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered prematurely

If your package is confirmed lost or stolen after following these steps, please contact us at support@swingstudio.store within 7 days of the delivery date. We will do our best to assist you, but replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages are offered at our sole discretion.

We strongly recommend adding Shipping Protection to your order at checkout for full coverage against lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout for a small fee. This coverage provides full protection for your order in the event of:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Damaged packages during transit

Orders without Shipping Protection are shipped at the customer's risk. We highly recommend adding this protection for peace of mind.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. Customs policies vary widely by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

SwingStudio is not responsible for any customs delays, fees, or rejected shipments.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs. If a refund is requested instead, a 15% restocking fee plus original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages from different fulfillment centers. If your order contains multiple items and you only receive part of your order, please allow a few additional business days for the remaining items to arrive. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After 2 hours, orders enter our fulfillment system and cannot be changed or cancelled. If you need to make changes after this window, you will need to follow our standard return process once the order arrives.
