Return & Refund Policy

At Theo Makes Resin, your satisfaction means everything. Each lamp is made by hand with real care, and I want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

I offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all lamps in their original, undamaged condition. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The lamp must be undamaged and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included
  • It must show no signs of use, wear, or damage from handling
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been used or show signs of use or handling damage
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents
  • Items returned after the 30-day window has passed
  • Final sale, promotional, or discounted items
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email me at theomakesresin@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. I'll review your request and send return instructions if your item qualifies. Returns sent without prior authorization can't be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend a trackable shipping service, as I can't guarantee I'll receive an item shipped back without tracking. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please don't ship items back to the address on the original package — it may delay or void your return. Use the address my support team provides.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, I'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

Because each lamp travels a long way to reach you, I take packaging seriously — but if your lamp arrives damaged or the LED light is defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. I'll make it right with a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Exchanges

I don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different color, please return your original following the process above and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, the order enters fulfillment and can't be cancelled.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for return shipping. The remaining amount, minus original shipping, will be refunded to the original payment method.
