At SwingStudio, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all unused products in their original, unopened packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and protective materials included
  • The item must not show any signs of wear, dirt, scuffs, or use
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • The return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or show any signs of use
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper care, or accidents
  • Items returned after the 30 day window has passed
  • Final sale, promotional, or discounted items
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items purchased through unauthorized third party sellers

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@swingstudio.store with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item qualifies.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

If your return is approved, please ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team. Do not ship items back to the address on the original package, as this may delay or void your return.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to all approved returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different color or item, please return your original purchase following the return process above and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After 2 hours, orders enter our fulfillment system and cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return an item after it has been shipped, please follow the standard return process.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
